We'd like to introduce you to our new friends in LC 2. Zoha, Molly, Alex and Kale. Welcome to school kids!
"Oh nuts, I need to get some more carrots for my little baby rabbit" sighed mother rabbit at breakfast time. So out she went all the way to the shop. She bought t-h-o-u-s-a-n-d-s of carrots. It took almost forever. At last she stopped and went to the counter. It took a long time to scan all the carrots because it took 20 minutes! It was a very long time. Mother Rabbit whined a little but then "all done!"
Mrs Lunn was spoilt for choice today as to who should have their story in the window. In the end three very clever girls were chosen! They even got to go and share their stories with Mr McCallum. He was so impressed he gave them each a flash certificate! Well done girls!
"Look out!" said Mickey Mouse.Congratulations to Tatum, Emma, Sam, Julia, Allie, Amelie and Alexis who have all been awarded Platinum Press Passes! This represents the highest level of independence in our class.
These kids get to timetable their own day. They choose from a range of must dos and can dos that Mrs Lunn sets for them. They decide when they want to do each activity. They have set times when they must be in a teaching session with Mrs Lunn or at a whole class activity but they other than that, they can choose what to do and when! Exciting!

Look who came to visit!
Katie's mum Pip, brought in their new baby guinea pigs. They are only few days old and they are so cute! We each got to have a little cuddle. They made a little squeaking sound but seemed quite relaxed hanging out with us in LC 2 today.
